We are designers, engineers, and strategists with over a century of combined experience building digital products for some of the world's most demanding organisations.
What brought us together is simpler than any of that: we believe the best experiences are still waiting to be found, and that technology should help you find them.
Not everyone on our team is listed here. Some are still in full-time roles elsewhere, others prefer to work quietly behind the scenes. What they all share is a belief that travel technology can do far better than it currently does.
Nathalie Pham
Founder - Product & Experience Design
Nathalie Pham is the founder of Beyond Normal Limited and the creator of GoDoIt. With over 26 years leading product and service design across EY Seren, Verizon Connect, and Publicis Sapient, she has spent her career helping organisations build technology that genuinely works for people.
But GoDoIt did not start in a boardroom. It started in the moments Nathalie treasures most from her own travels: sitting with locals who shared their traditions, stumbling into a neighbourhood celebration that no guidebook would ever mention, experiencing a city the way people who actually live there do. As someone who travels to understand how other cultures live, she kept running into the same problem. When you do not speak the language, those moments are almost impossible to find. GoDoIt is her answer to that.
Matthew Brennan
Tech Advisor
Matthew Brennan brings over 21 years of experience in database architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps engineering.
He has designed and managed large-scale data systems across the financial services, media, and technology sectors, including leading database engineering for platforms handling over 500 AWS instances and 30-terabyte MongoDB environments.
His work on GoDoIt focuses on the technical infrastructure that keeps the platform fast, scalable, and reliable as it grows across European cities.
Hernan Picatto
Data Scientist
Hernan Picatto brings over 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and backend development across three continents.
Hernan is a data engineer who works on the intelligence layer behind GDI, from the conversational onboarding that learns each traveller's preferences to our recommendation engine that turns those preferences into personalised, context-aware recommendations.
Outside GDI, he is a researcher at the Austrian Supply Chain Intelligence Institute (ASCII), working at the intersection of data engineering and high-performance computing.
He actively contributes to the diffusion of open-source software for scientific research on HPC clusters and cloud platforms. His interests lie in making sense of massive datasets, revealing preferences in text, and uncovering causal relations in NLP. He previously worked on time series analysis and forecasting of extreme events..
